The position pays $15.45 per hour and requires 21+ years old and a valid driver’s license; schedule is DayTime Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM. You will provide customer service, patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents following site procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a logistics and distribution location by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting arrivals, and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, access concerns, and hazards to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document them per site procedures.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and driver arrivals, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, access concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and completing accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
