• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations following escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeters; adapt to site conditions.

As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch Emergency Response in Corona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional supporting a government transportation location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help facilitate timely responses to security-related needs. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and transportation partners by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems; receive, document, and relay routine and emergency information to appropriate personnel and public agencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and other required documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
