• Provide customer service to transportation agency personnel, visitors, and the public by following site procedures and dispatch protocols.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls and radio traffic, document requests for assistance, and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and service requests with calm, problem-solving approach; relay information to supervisors and responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records; escalate unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations as directed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to transportation agency personnel, visitors, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor communications systems, receive incoming calls and radio traffic, document requests for assistance, and dispatch appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to supervisors, emergency responders, and/or designated agency contacts.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records while promptly escalating unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned transportation facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations as directed; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
