Job summary

Allied Universal in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Security Officer Driver Arrival Control to safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate and other facilities. You will manage visitor entry, monitor access points, patrol, and deliver outstanding customer service while driving a company vehicle.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, will involve afternoon shifts, and requires background checks and a drug screen. CPR preferred; minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by executing site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and issue visitor passes with accurate records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, escalating as needed through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property including entrances, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Communicate clearly with occupants and document incidents and security activities.

As a Security Officer Driver Arrival Control in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage visitor entry, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with building occupants and visitors and documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
