Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Lebanon, IN. You will patrol assigned areas, control access, assist visitors, and deliver professional customer service while supporting a safe, secure environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, responding to incidents, and documenting activities. A valid driver’s license is required; driving duties may be part of the role.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• On-site there are limited on-site facilities (portable toilets, rustic guard shacks).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, perimeter, and exterior areas.

• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and observations.

Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Documentation Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, manage access control, and assist visitors with professional communication and customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and comfort working in a limited-facility environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Tue 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Wed 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location, exterior areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
