You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and patrol to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or preferred per role.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws; drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and manage access-control systems, verify credentials, process arrivals and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas and perimeter to identify unusual activity and access concerns.
• Help deter unauthorized access to technology, media and telecommunications operations through clear communication with site personnel.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access-control systems, verify credentials, process visitor and contractor arrivals, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, access-control concerns, and conditions requiring attention.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and helping to deter unauthorized access to technology, media, and telecommunications operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
