Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Access Screening Driver in Lebanon, IN. This is a driving role at a commercial real estate site where you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors.

A valid driver’s license is required; CPR is preferred. Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), and pass background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Screening Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork and integrity. This is a driving position; a valid driver’s license is required.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue temporary access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, while reporting security-related concerns.
• Assist with compliance with site access requirements for sensitive business and research areas while providing professional communication and support.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
