Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Entrance Screening in Lebanon, IN. This part-time role focuses on access control, visitor management, and customer service at a commercial real estate site.

You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond to incidents, maintaining a visible presence and professional interaction with tenants and visitors. CPR is preferred and a drivers license is required for driving duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply state/locally.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a visible presence, support routine patrols, and help deter security-related incidents while creating a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly access environment by communicating professionally with occupants and visitors and coordinating with property management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
