• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by observing entry/exit activity, verifying credentials, reporting unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols, incidents, access activity, and other observations.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:0 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials as directed, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
