Responsibilities

• Carry out security procedures, enforce site policies, and assist with emergency response at a logistics location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and access-control concerns following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouses, docks, parking, trailers, and perimeter; report anomalies.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic; document visitors, vendors, and deliveries per site rules.
• Prepare incident and patrol reports and share findings with leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailers, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verifying authorized entry and documenting visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
