National and Alamo have an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer (Dispatcher) at the Orlando Airport. The Security Officer (Dispatcher) controls vehicle activity exiting the lot and provides a positive customer service impression. Responsibilities are performed with a focus on customer needs and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This position is located at The Orlando Airport (zip code 32827).

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).

This position pays $16.00/hour, increasing to $16.50/hour after 4pm.

Apart from religious observance, candidates must be willing to work a flexible full-time evening shift, including weekends and holidays, with days off on weekdays.

The responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring overall safety and security of employees, vehicles, lot, and equipment.
2. Checking cars leaving the lot to verify contract information.
3. Checking truck manifests for proper listing, approvals, and signatures.
4. Reviewing vehicle transfer requests for accuracy and approvals.
5. Completing shift logs with customer and vehicle details.
6. Submitting administrative paperwork to the manager.
7. Expediting customer exit and providing directions as needed.
8. Noting body damage on rental slips (Form 200).
9. Performing other related duties as required.

• At least 6 months of related work experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No recent drug or alcohol-related convictions
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Willing to accept starting pay of $16.00/hour, increasing to $16.50/hour after 4pm
