• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and public agencies.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports per site procedures.
• Support patrols around transit facilities and business locations, communicating status and information.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, transit riders, and personnel by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and public agencies as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Support regular and random patrol activities around transit facilities, business areas, and perimeter locations by tracking officer status and communicating relevant information.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
