Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures within a technology-focused data center.
• Monitor dispatch communications, prioritize requests for service, and coordinate on-site personnel responses.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and visitor/contractor activity per site procedures.
• Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms, access control) and report irregularities promptly.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, coordinated manner and assist with notifications.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused data center location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize requests for service, and coordinate the response of on-site personnel to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor and contractor activity records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, alarms, access control, and communications equipment, and promptly report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with notifications and coordination with site contacts and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
