Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Dispatch Operations in Westlake, TX. The role involves serving at a financial institution location, coordinating communications, monitoring activity, and ensuring timely responses to security-related situations.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency services in accordance with established procedures.
• Document incidents, requests for assistance, and dispatch activity accurately and promptly using required logs and reporting systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain awareness of activity across assigned areas through communications systems, cameras, and/or access-control platforms, helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Tue: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Wed: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Thur: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Sun: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
