GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role?

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Clean driving record
• Current Driver's License
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour security training (additional trainings available during hiring)
