Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role? This position emphasizes building meaningful connections and engaging with people to inspire confidence. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service is key.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will work in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more, focusing on customer service and security.

• Site Location: Oak Brook, IL
• Full-time schedule: Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Hourly wage: $20/hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols and identifying risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid IL PERC required
