Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Security Officer for full-time work at the Brewster, WA location. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, monitoring premises, access control, and de-escalation of conflicts.

Compensation starts at $24.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay options. Applicants should meet the basic requirements, be able to walk/stand long periods, and be willing to undergo pre-employment screening.

Wage: $24.50/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Will be working in a guard shack.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed - software and smart device usage.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have the ability to walk / stand for long periods of time.
• Must have good critical thinking and reporting skills.
• The ideal candidate would have the ability to work varying schedules and shifts, as the schedule is still being developed - open availability preferred.
