Securitas, Inc. in Westfield, WI is seeking a committed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment. You will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to protect people and assets.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; the role emphasizes vigilance, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols. Weekdays on 3rd shift with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
• Control building access by verifying identification, checking credentials, and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Enforce security protocols, company rules, and regulations for premises, personnel, and visitors.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities, behavior, and security breaches.
