Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Clinton, NC to serve clients in government and other sectors. In this driving post you will conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining safety and order on site.

This full-time role pays $21.50 per hour and requires a valid driver's license, armed guard card preferred, 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and successful background and drug screening.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas and document visitor/vehicle activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.

• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government correctional location. In this driving post, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
