Qualifications

• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of activity within and around the location to help deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
• Maintain required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.

As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
