Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Thur: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting suspicious conditions, hazards, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
