Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures at a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, perform credential checks and contractor coordination.
• Report observations and maintenance needs promptly per procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site procedures for credential checks, entry documentation, and contractor coordination.
• Report observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
