You will verify credentials, monitor access points, patrol areas, and deliver strong customer service while maintaining security protocols.

This full-time, hourly role requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Verify identification, credentials and visitor authorizations before access.
• Monitor access points and maintain logs of visitors and contractors.
• Follow site procedures and security protocols; report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
• Verify identification and credentials before permitting access to designated areas.
• Monitor access points and maintain accurate visitor/contractor logs.
• Issue and collect access credentials and report discrepancies per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following escalation protocols.
