Job summary

Allied Universal in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening Driver to protect clients in chemical/petrochemical environments. You will monitor entry points, verify access, and support security operations with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Screen and direct visitors, contractors, and vehicles according to facility protocols.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents with calm, prompt reporting.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
