Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Sulphur, LA, to protect a chemical/petrochemical site. This driving role involves controlling entry, verifying credentials, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

The position requires operating access systems and patrols, with key responsibilities including incident response and documentation. A valid driver’s license and prior security or law enforcement experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• 1+ year of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a chemical/petrochemical location by following site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and maintaining entry/exit logs.
• Operate access control systems, cameras, and alarm-related equipment per post orders and procedures.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and document activities for site records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
