Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour. Schedule includes Evening shifts across Mon–Sun, with varied start times and durations according to site needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems or procedures.
• Customer service experience in security or related fields is preferred.
• Must meet basic licensing and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe entry/exit points and report unusual activity to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents according to site procedures and notify relevant staff.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, with conditions varying by location.
