Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and managing entry.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
• Complete required reports and maintain professional communication with site personnel and leadership.
