Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors per access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exits, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear reports and logs related to visitor activity and access events.
