Qualifications

• Experience with access control and visitor management preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and authorization; maintain visitor and contractor records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exits, and common areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear reports and logs related to visitor activity and events.
