Qualifications

• Experience with access-control systems and badge checks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Observe entry and exit points, loading areas, and restricted work zones to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, and construction-related areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
