Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age (unarmed) or 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs and records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, solution-oriented manner following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Communicate with site personnel and leadership regarding security-related activities and incidents

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related activities, unusual conditions, and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
