Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Entry Compliance in Pontiac, MI. You will serve clients across tech, media, and telecom sectors, manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and deliver professional customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting site-specific access control, logging visitors, responding to incidents, and completing security reports.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorized entry, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access discrepancies or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access‑control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, exits, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns.
• Support a professional workplace environment by providing clear directions, enforcing site access requirements, and completing accurate security‑related reports and documentation.

Pay Rate: $18.68 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
