Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to technology-focused facilities by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, unusual activity, and incident documentation.

Pay Rate: $18.68 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
