Job summary

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a reliable Security Officer to join our full-time team in Maryland. You will help ensure safety for residents, visitors, and property, with shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position requires a valid driver's license and ability to clear an MVR check. You’ll perform patrols, document incidents, and support management with safety duties. Medical, life, vision insurance, and retirement plans are among benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to clear MVR check.
• Full-time position averaging 30–40 hours per week with shift flexibility.
• Duties include patrolling, reporting, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at various security locations as needed due to call-outs, vacations, or scheduling gaps.
• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary.
• Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies.
• Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations.
• Perform regular interior and exterior patrols, securing access points.
• Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned.

As a Security Officer, you will:
