Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. seeks a Security Manager to lead our physical security, asset protection, and emergency preparedness programs. Based in Lyon Station, PA, with cross-site coordination, you will develop and maintain security policies, risk controls, and incident response practices to protect people and assets.

You will collaborate with EHS, Legal, operations leadership, and local law enforcement to ensure a safe, secure, and resilient workplace and uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive physical security experience.
• Five or more years of leadership in security operations or a related function.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Experience managing contract security personnel and third-party providers.
• Experience conducting security investigations, preparing reports, preserving evidence, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Experience developing emergency response plans and working with law enforcement, first responders, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the physical security program across East Penn facilities.
• Oversee facility security controls including access, visitors, CCTV, lighting, and barriers.
• Manage contract security providers; ensure staffing, training, and performance meet standards.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams and law enforcement.
• Develop asset protection strategies and monitor incident trends to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and business continuity activities.
