Job summary

East Penn seeks a Security Manager to lead physical security, asset protection, and emergency preparedness programs. This role protects employees, visitors, assets, facilities, and operations by developing policies, risk-based controls, incident response practices, and vendor oversight.

The primary location is Lyon Station, PA, with periodic travel to other sites. Ten or more years in physical security and five+ years in leadership are required; experience in manufacturing environments is

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive physical security, asset protection, or related experience.
• Five or more years of leadership in security operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Experience managing contract security personnel and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security program development and continuous improvement.
• Oversee facility security controls, access management, CCTV, and perimeter protection.
• Manage contract security providers, staffing, training, and performance.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans and business continuity strategies.
• Monitor security systems and report metrics for improvement.
