Responsibilities

• Reinforces department goals and vision to direct reports and communicates them across the team.
• Supervises Security Department staff including selection, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversees emergency response procedures for events such as fires, power outages, and threats.
• Directs and monitors security and safety of property, guests, employees, and grounds.
• Conducts security investigations and coordinates with local law enforcement and casino leadership.
• Prepares and monitors security budget and monthly financials.
• Maintains accurate security reports and ensures timeliness and compliance.
