Job summary

Job description

Are you a security operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships? We're looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations for a key client account, lead field personnel, and ensure a high level of service, safety, and client satisfaction. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for the client while ensuring the security program operates efficiently and effectively.

This position requires frequent travel to client sites

• Oversee roughly around 600-1,000 contract hours across multiple client accounts.
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and coverage to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate schedules and partner with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate weekly payroll processing.
• Ensure all security personnel maintain active licensing and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting needs, workforce planning, and employee transfers.
• Create, update, and maintain schedules and post assignments in WinTeam.
• Audit timekeeping records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train, mentor, and support security officers while fostering a positive team environment.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients, providing responsive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Draft and maintain security post orders and operational documentation.
• Control overtime, manage labor costs, and ensure contract compliance.
• Support new account transitions and assist with operational planning for prospective clients.
• Travel regularly to client locations to provide operational oversight and quality assurance.

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities Requires

• Minimum 2 years of security operations, account management, or security leadership experience.
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and personnel management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable traveling daily between client sites.
• Flexibility to respond to operational needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WinTeam and eHub is strongly preferred.
• Weekly documented site visits to assigned locations
• Consistent communication with Asset Protection and Store Management
• Active management of Securitime, Lighthouse, staffing, scheduling, weekly overtime, and KPI performance
• Valid driver's license required.

High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation range- $45,000-50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
