Job summary

Arrow Security is seeking a Command Center Operator to manage daily scheduling coverage, coordinate with employees, and handle multiple projects while addressing post availability with efficiency and courtesy. You will provide responsive service and maintain strong working relationships across the team.

In collaboration with Operations and HR, you will help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and uphold Arrow's commitment to an outstanding employee and client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in the Security industry.
• Administrative, call center and customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations with firm deadlines.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of Win Teams is a plus.

• Conduct roll calls for all site, reporting results to the on-duty tour commander.
• Adhere to company protocols when addressing no-shows or no-call situations.
• Problem solving in a dynamic environment to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond quickly to situations escalating to supervision as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high tempo work environment.
• Remain calm and collected under pressure and stress.
• Work as an integral member of a tight knit team.

Job description

As a crucial member of our Operations team, the Command Center Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining scheduling coverage on a daily basis. This role requires a professional and resourceful individual who can effectively communicate with our valued employees, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and swiftly address open post availability. The ideal candidate will consistently provide exceptional customer service, skillfully addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, while fostering positive, lasting relationships with all Arrow Security team members.

The Command Center Operator collaborates with the Operations and HR departments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding the respect and integrity of Arrow's mission to provide an outstanding employee and client experience.

Schedule:

Sunday- 3PM -11PM

Monday- 3PM- 11PM

Tuesday- Off

Thursday- 3PM- 11PM

Friday- 3PM -11PM

Saturday- Off

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Win Teams is a plus

The expected hiring range for this position is $23.00- $25.00 an hour, commensurate with experience and location.
