Job summary

Lkjordan is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher in San Antonio, TX for a full-time, in-person role. You will receive and manage customer requests, create and manage service tickets, and coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with dispatching, and attention to detail. HVAC, electrical, or low-voltage industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior service coordination or dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating field service technicians is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming customer service requests.
• Create, update, and manage service tickets.
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
• Coordinate service appointments with commercial customers.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, location, technician availability, and required skills.
• Maintain daily and weekly technician schedules.
• Communicate schedule changes and service updates to customers and technicians.
• Monitor open service tickets and follow up on outstanding calls.
• Review completed tickets for accurate notes, labor, equipment, and resolution details.
• Coordinate return visits, parts, warranty issues, and additional service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
