Target Lewisville is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader to guide security efforts and protect guests, team members and merchandise. The role emphasizes crisis response, staff development, and collaboration with store leadership to reduce shortages and improve profitability.

Responsibilities include leading a team, implementing daily/weekly priorities, and handling external/internal theft investigations while maintaining Target policies and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a security culture and crisis response.
• Respond to theft incidents and prevent future theft.
