Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New York seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor responsible for theft mitigation, safety and loss prevention. You will lead investigations, partner with law enforcement, and support store leadership to protect assets and deliver a secure shopping environment.

This role requires prior asset protection or safety experience, open shifts, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams. We offer weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and inventory control experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams.
• Open shift availability.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develops/teaches company asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Investigating results from inventory count program to identify theft activity.
• Executes Asset Protection Routines as outlined in the Asset Protection Supervisor Calendar pertaining to theft and fraud.
• Execute merchandise protection standards focused on current club theft trends.
• Partner with RAPM and investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and organized retail crime cases.
