Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and protect assets.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting and provide service.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty promptly.
• Train and support associates on shortage reduction programs and safety.
