Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Energetic greeting and positive demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and reduce opportunities for theft and shoplifting.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to Manager on Duty.
• Provide training for associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Support store leadership in safety and security practices.
