Job summary

Harvard Protection Services, LLC seeks a Customer Service Officer to support our security and life safety services. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, monitoring entrances, answering inquiries, and maintaining logs of incidents and activities to ensure a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school diploma and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, a neat appearance, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor while aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Monitor the environment and detect suspicious and unsafe activity.
• Greet customers, visitors, staff, tenants, guests in a professional manner.
• Answer phones professionally and manage access to the property.
• Write routine logs and incident reports.
