Qualifications

• Ability to deliver premium experiences when interacting with visitors, vendors, associates, and customers while adhering to company standards.
• Ability to spend periods of time walking or standing at a fixed post.
• Ability to perform first-responder rescue activities involved with medical or life-safety emergencies.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR or willingness to learn through training.
• Demonstrate poise under stress and advise others during incidents.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and respond to breaches and other threats against Fidelity Investments.
• Act as a first responder in medical and life-safety emergencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing company standards and safety policies.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing security training.
