Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Lead Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Canby, Oregon. You will supervise a team of security officers, ensure adherence to post orders, and report on daily activities while maintaining a secure environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule with a $23.00 per hour wage and comprehensive benefits to support community safety and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of security and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills are required.
• Strong communication, reporting and organizational abilities are essential.
• Customer service background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Lead Officer position. What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
