Securitas USA is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Nampa, ID to lead on-site security officers, monitor CCTV, and enforce post orders. The role requires reliable leadership, strong communication, and adherence to our Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness values.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm. The wage is $18.87 per hour, with opportunities for training, advancement, and a safe, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills needed.
• Strong communication and reporting skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Monitor CCTV systems and perform access control as needed.
• Communicate and conduct routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in submitting payroll and personnel information as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
