Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor in Gresham, OR. The role is full-time with a Sunday–Tuesday 6pm–6am schedule and a Wednesday 6pm–12am shift.

The wage is $23.00 per hour. You will supervise security officers on site, enforce post orders, and maintain detailed incident reports while ensuring safety and client property protection. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Perform Security Officer duties within scope of assignment.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies.
• Observe and report activities to protect client property.
• Train new officers and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports and incident logs.

Available Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 6pm-6am & Wednesday 6pm-12am

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Perform Security Officer duties within scope of assignment.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outlines tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Observe and report activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of supervisory / lead experience required.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
