Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Lead Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Canby, OR.

The position supports a weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) with a starting wage of 23.00 USD per hour and a focus on leading a team of security officers on site. The role requires 1+ year of security/supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to integrity and vigilance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year security and supervisory experience.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Strong communication, reporting and organization skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies effectively.
• Train new officers and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily logs.

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Lead Officer position. What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.

Position Requirements
